Workshops

Our workshops and mentoring sessions are specifically designed to give you powerful techniques to achieve your true potential.

We restrict workshops to a maximum of 12 participants so as to give each person the attention they need.

The key reasons for the success of our workshops are:

  • All of our participants WANT to learn – we do not accept people being ‘sent’ on our courses.
  • We only train small groups of people, as this provides the right balance between group dynamics and personal attention from the trainers, to ensure that everyone obtains the coaching they need to succeed.
  • We are interested in YOU, and Your objectives. We WANT to give ‘you’ the TOOLS TO ACHIEVE your objectives; our desire to succeed is second to none. YOUR goals are our GOALS.

Its widely accepted that business is all about communication.

Everyday we communicate with our staff, clients, suppliers, associates and colleagues. We also communicate to our potential clients in the form of advertising & promotions, so ultimately communication is the ‘key’ to success in business.

When you communicate with your customers, do you REALLY fully communicate to them, EXACTLY what you want them to know?

Here’s a concept to consider, if you think of communication as being solely about the language that we speak. If I asked you to think of an image of an iceberg, it’s likely that you would think of a picture like the one on the right.

Throughout all of our workshops, participants learn that REAL communication is a lot more than just the language that we speak. There is a great deal more going on below the surface, which if we now equate the iceberg back to communication, we can see that the person who understands how to communicate effectively, will see a great deal more. (like the image on the left).

We will show you how to really tune into others, to build strong relationships quickly and easily in addition to making your goals and outcomes much more achievable.

As a beginning to opening your mind, take a few minutes to ask yourself each of the questions, answering them ‘only’ in your mind…

  1. “What wouldn’t I gain if I could REALLY communicate?”
  2. “What would I gain if I could not REALLY communicate?”
  3. “What wouldn’t I gain if I could not REALLY communicate?”
I’ll give you a tip. Your solution lies in the answer to question number 4!
So let’s see what it can do for you in the business environment.
